So much for Worker's Comp. The victim was the promoter/organizer/employer on the night the alleged transmission took place, and the defendant says he was ASKED to "blade" both wrestlers.

If I understand correctly though, even if they both show the exact same DNA marker for the virus, you can't necessarily tell which one had it first and gave it to the other, without further circumstantial evidence of the vector of transmission.
