There seems to be a changing of attitude. In the old days, once appointed you were supposed to shut up and avoid any appearance of conflict or bias or even that you had any opinions on any subject, save whatever you had for dinner the night before. These days the Courts seem to be a little more open about things. It may be a fine line, but I think providing information isn't over the line but providing legal advice might be. Even though I generally hate change, I think anything that can be done to help educate people about the process and demystify things, is good.

He's certainly cut America's throat and it lies bleeding and down in the dust which is exactly where the liberal elite likes to keep the people.
